Great, fast response maintenance experience it was greatly appreciated, especially considering that my last place would take weeks and sometimes months to reply to maintenance issues!
We’ve been here since August 2019, and don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon. This place doesn’t feel like “just” an apartment complex. It feels like home. Neighbors that smile. Kitties in the windows. I have never had a bad experience. Even when we have had issues with our apartment- our dryer, the window, the dishwasher, and more recently – the electrical. But these are not out of the ordinary for how long we’ve been here! Maybe the electrical issue – but that was solved by a team of super heroes working hard to get us back to good and keeping us in the loop THE ENTIRE TIME. The apartment are nice, the area is incredible, and it’s so so quiet. Aside from the occasional annoying barking doggos. Apartments are going up all over – but we’ll stay here. For as long as we can. Just waitin’ on someone to vacate a two bedroom townhome so we can scoop it up! 😉
